    The room was very nice and veeeery big, good temperature in the room, nice bed, big shower -room, tasty breakfast, nice stuff, close to everything.

    It was located in a very old and scary looking building with no elevator. Imagine carrying a 28 inch luggage up to the 2nd floor.

    Paid extra for a room with a garden view and king size bed .got into the room to find two single beds and a view facing a brick wall and a window. when I went to ask about it the receptionist attitude was appalling. never have a met such attitude for front of desk.. no help whatsoever ever. said it wasn't on the booking ( clearly was as I shown her) said one of the maid would be in to push the beds together but stayed for 4 nights and it never happened. also one mirror in a dark narrow corridor and 3 hangers.. asked polity if they had any more as but was rudely said NO.. the breakfast was just OK. stuck with coffee and fruit but that's a personal choice.. it definitely wasn't a " cheap stay and paid extra for extra but never got it. I would not recommend this hotel.. I've travelled to many many countries over the years and this is my first * bad* review. save your money find elsewhere. room. dated ,had carpet for wall paper. just terrible. apart from this krakow is a beautiful place as are the people just not the receptionist at this hotel.
