Reset in Muse Spa Collection

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed such as hair dryer , iron etc. The patio was nice and spacious. Even the reception area was immaculate too.

The air con system wasn’t great and we stayed really hot during the night and there was a shower panel missing meaning shower times were messy but these things can be fixed .

The location, spa, and gym are fabulous. The apartment is new, with nice, large rooms. Breakfast pleases, just next door.

Great location, short walk to the main square. Really friendly, helpful staff. Easy to access accommodation. The spa is lovely. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was beautifully laid out and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great, also nice toiletries included. It was in a useful location, just off the main square and close to trams and train station.

The fact that the gym, spa and pool area is only open 12-8 daily really disappointed us and spoilt our stay. I am recovering from recent significant injuries so I booked this apartment, and paid a little more than I had budgeted, purely because of the amazing spa area shown and described on the listing. Due to the very limited times we could access it, we could not put this to use as intended. It was such a shame and because of this I wouldn't return here. The fact it was not usable until midday seemed ridiculous, and also not being able to use after 8pm is crazy when people are often in Krakow to sightsee, so will obviously be out during the hours of 12-8. If it had longer more usable hours, I would've given this apartment 10/10.
