Location and cleanliness
You could hear the neighboring sounds of the guests next door very loudly. Room was cold, despite trying to increase the temperature multiple times.

I liked the location. I liked how polite and helpful everyone that worked there was. My stay was 5 days and many different staff helped me. Great breakfast, wonderful staff.

Stunning interior, room spacious and fully equipped, lovely view from window and great location in Old Town on one of the quieter streets yet just a short walk to Market Square.
Only one issue really - maybe particular to our room but when the guests in the adjoining room used their washhand basin and shower, the noise from the taps and pipework was quite disruptive in our room.

The hotel is really central but also just off the main square which means it is lovely and quiet at night.
It could do with a little bit more soundproofing between the bedrooms as when guests arrive late at night or early hours of the morning they can be heard very loudly.
