Yes, staff's very helpful. But the restaurant to order slow other than that it's ok.

Everything about this place is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming to us. Our Presidential Suite was the best place to be and we were very impressed. Room is very clean, roomy and very well maintained.

Freindly staff, great location and beach, nice dining option and very clean.
if you are expecting european/US Standards, so the facilities is below that:
- AC is old technology and very loud,
- bathroom standard in the room is poor. Suage stinks, no furniture for storage
- power supply for charging devices is very few and not comfortable

Breakfast is good not a whole lot selection but it was good taste . Aircon work well.
