Villa Formosa Panglao

We loved this beautiful little oasis! The pool was squeaky clean, and it felt so peaceful being amongst the well-kept garden. The room itself was massive, with a great terrace for relaxing. The staff were always most helpful and kind, and made our stay completely stress free and comfortable. It's only a five minute walk from the beach, so still a great location, and also easy to get taxi/tuk tuk to and from town. The italian-inspired day menu was also a nice touch! All home cooked to order, and very authentic. Highly recommend.

Although the staff cleaned the room beautifully every day, the bathroom was always a bit smelly. Maybe just due to the drains.

The place is quiet. Good for meditating. The room I got is huge. And clean too. The staff were accommodating. If a large group or family, I recommend for private activities. Beach and restaurants are 10 to 15mins walk away.

Small, intimate, 6 letting rooms, somewhat rustic, great looking swimming pool (but I didn’t swim), large private room, helpful staff, decent but small breakfast.

Sunday morning incredibly noisy neighbour racing his motorbike with modified silencer, spoilt the peace and quiet of the resort which otherwise is a great feature.
