    The location is near in the ocean and nice view but the problem is the road its not cement (super rocky road) and slope. The road is not convenient and safe.

    Stayed here for 6 nights, atic style room. Pro's: right on the beach. Staff cleans the premises daily. Very nice place to take a swim during high tide. Friendly owners and staff. Quiet, no dog barking or rooster chant. Comfy and clean beds. Clean comfort room with hot shower. Good enough AC. You can consume your own beverages on the beach (you can even ask for glasses). Con's: acces road is unpaved for a long stretch (but you can ask help, from the resort, with your luggage, free of charge). Also if you have a scooter, it's easier to get to the resort. No linen or towel change during our stay (we didn't request and it was not offered). Other: There are dogs on the premises, 5-6 of them, but they are vaccinated and very friendly. Room had a table with 2 chairs and a small TV. There will be small lizards and ants, but it's to be expected in the Philippines. They have food, but it's a bit on the pricey side (Ex. 250 pesos for a 2 egg omlette, with a bit of ham, two slices of toast, watermellon and a bit of jam) In conclusion, well worth it for the price we paid (*** CAD per night, end of May, through Agoda). Will repeat if given the chance.

    We had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were definitely one of the highlights. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, especially when we raised concerns during our stay. The location is beautiful—it’s beachfront and has direct access to the beach, which was a big plus. However, getting to and from the property can be challenging. We understand that there have been ongoing right-of-way issues, and the alternative access is through a rough road, which can make the journey quite difficult. Hopefully, this can be resolved in the future for the convenience of guests. One thing that was quite inconvenient was the food situation. There was no chef available during our stay, and considering the access situation, not having food available at the accommodation was a hassle. This was also not communicated to us beforehand, so we weren’t able to prepare accordingly. We also experienced issues with the air-conditioning. The AC in our first room was not working properly, so we requested to be transferred to another room. The staff kindly accommodated our request, but unfortunately, the AC in the second room was also defective and couldn’t keep the room sufficiently cool. We eventually had to borrow an electric fan. Despite these issues, we really appreciated how accommodating and responsive the staff were. The beautiful beachfront setting and direct beach access are definitely the highlights. With improvements to the AC units, better communication regarding food availability, and hopefully a better access road in the future, the overall guest experience could be much better.
