    The room wasn’t very large, but it was well laid out and came with two double beds, which made it very comfortable for us traveling with kids. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included, and the selection and quality were both quite good—enough to keep everyone happy in the morning. We booked a Mount Fuji view room. Although we were on a lower floor and some power lines slightly affected the photos, the view was still beautiful and definitely worth it. Being able to see Mount Fuji from the room was a special experience. Another big plus was that kids could stay for free—we only needed to pay for their breakfast, which was very family-friendly. Overall, it’s a great value hotel and a solid choice for families. We would definitely consider staying here again.

    The check-in process was fast. The room was clean so the facilities. It was a bit disappointing that the women’s public bath didn’t have sauna and cold water but men’s had. Compared to the price we paid I would stay again for sure.

    大浴場が明らかにキャパ以上に日帰りを受けすぎで混雑している。 あとは全体的に清掃の維持管理が良くない。出来てからの期間の割には痛みが多い。 スタッフは条件が悪いのか、あまり雰囲気が良くない。 なんとなく運営会社の経営方針と雰囲気の悪さが滲み出ている感じがする。
