    It took some time to get hot onsen water to fill up the bath tub.

    Great value for price, as i didn't even realise at start that it included breakfast in the price as well. Location wise good as it's between two great mountains the other being legendary Fuji. Clean, comfy and the Fuji water hot tub was extremely refreshing! Only downside is that it's a bit far from station and shops but otherwise I would recommend any mountain-joggers!

    Strange rule that they lock the entrance door from 11pm onwards.

    They moved us to what looked like an abandoned hotel, first room was full of dead bugs. Moved to 2nd room. Too late when we realized that aircondition is not working, washlet in the toilet is not working, the window on the bathroom that actually lets you see mt.fuji is broken and couldnt be open. Tried calling the front desk 10x and no answer. Would’ve switched hotels if it werent booked everywhere else.
