The facility in this hotel is very limited. No electric kettle, no drinking glasses, no telephone, room safe box is near to floor level which made it hard to access. The Chinese looking front desk receptionist is very very unfriendly, rude and non approachable. I agreed totally with past guests feedback of poor front office service staff. Not staying here again.

Staff at reception is very rude, not friendly, unacommodating and racist in particular the Chinese lady. Didn't enjoy our stay because of her. Not coming back.

You can’t beat the price, comfortable bed clean sheets clean towels has key cards has lift a little dark and slow but appreciate for not have to climb the stairs with suitcases, small bathroom but the water pressure is good, location is close to everything

In my room there is a switch dangling on the wall. Informed receptionist but no action taken. The lift light also very dim and looks like the hotel management wants to save on electricity bill.
