My stay at Floren was superb! From the moment you arrived you are greeted with warm smiles from the bell boys and the front desk. The hotel is pretty new and incredible taken care of, with lots of luxury touches such as marble and luxury wood wherever you look. The concierge is attentive and saved us with last minute restaurant reservations. I’d like to specially compliment Claudia, who made our stay truly memorable and seamless. The breakfast is incredible, with a buffet and a hot menu to choose from, with lots of healthy options. My only complaint is the lack of gym and a sauna at the property, but that did not at all impact my overall perception of the stay.

Our international flight was cancelled to return home and they were very accommodating in booking us into the same room for an extra night. Their complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with the staff. The entire property was extremely clean and our room was beautiful, a great location and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Great hotel and staff! Location is great and close to the train station - 5 minute walk. The daily breakfast menu + buffet that is included within your day was one of the best I've ever had. The cappuccino included with breakfast was also exceptional. We also had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant Osmo Cucina and it was excellent - we did the Chef 5 course meal. The food and service, was Michelin Star worthy and the Chef Marco even came out at the end to talk to us and ensure we enjoyed the meal. Without a doubt, on our next visit to Florence, we will stay again at the Floren Hotel.

Amazing and beautiful boutique hotel. Very classy and clean with wonderful amenities. Wonderful staff specially Ludovico Meloni and Claudia Corti were just amazing. Ludovico always asked if we needed anything if he can help us with anything. Great food specially the breakfast was amazing. They make their own candy to die for. Will be back very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Floren Hotel, Florence. Great location, close to railway station, restaurants, shops. 5 mins walk to Duomo. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast selection was excellent with a choice of continental or cooked to order. Bedroom was clean and good size, with nice bed linen, coffee machine & kettle, efficient air con. Bathroom was great with large walk in shower. Overall we had a great time and would stay at this hotel again

We loved this hotel! So close to train station (walkable with lots of luggage), Dumomo, great restaurants and shopping. Room was immaculate and beautiful - thrilled to have the only balcony in the building! Spacious bathroom with a great shower and toiletries/ towels. The reception was very responsive even before we arrived and gave us a lot of good tips/ support during our stay. Delicious breakfast buffet included and the staff were always friendly. We plan to return !

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is well cared for. The breakfast was a great touch! The area around the hotel is quite busy because of its proximity to the train station, but it's so close to everything and makes getting to all the sites so easy. We can't wait to return!

I don’t know how this hotel got five star rating. We were very disappointed when we walked in to the hotel to see a small entrance hall/lounge with a sofa outside the toilets, to the left of that in a corner was a desk and that was the reception. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable I booked it because the five star rating but the whole entrance and reception doesn’t feel a five star hotel.

While the initial impression of this Florence hotel was positive, with evident cleanliness and recent renovations, the overall experience fell significantly short of its advertised 5-star rating. The location is undeniably excellent, and the hotel itself is visually appealing. However, the disparity between expectations and reality became clear quickly. The breakfast, though palatable, lacked the variety and refinement expected of a 5-star establishment. Similarly, while the staff were friendly, their service lacked the polished professionalism and attentiveness that defines true luxury hospitality. In my opinion, this hotel comfortably sits within the 3 to 4-star range, but is nowhere near a 5-star experience. Ultimately, the price point does not align with the delivered quality. For the cost, I would strongly advise exploring alternative accommodations in Florence that offer a more authentic 5-star experience.
