Honestly, everything! I loved staying at Floren Hotel, location was really great, close to everything and combines all parts of Florence together.
The room was really at great value, the amenities and toiletries were amazing, breakfast buffet was really good and you can order anything you want for breakfast as a bonus to the buffet. I loved the staff too especially Ludo! He was so great and helpful and had such an amazing personality and vibe. XX

The check-in process was helpful and easy. The breakfast was very very good and varied enough that we didn't tire of it during our 3-night stay. The Floren hotel location a short walk to the train station was truly the biggest perk. Location is walkable to nearly everything in Florence and very close to the main train station making it easy. The bathroom in the room was gorgeous and a great size. The room itself (classic double) was quite smaller than you'd expect at a 5-star property but well furnished and very clean.
The air conditioning wasn't great. The lobby and restaurant were cool but the rooms were a bit less cool/didn't ever quite get to a temperature set by the thermostat.
