Once we are checked into the apartment, everything was good. Clean and food was good.
It took us a while to figure out how to check-in. People in the neighbor ended up helping out to reach out to the owner as there is no one in the building that can help us check-in when we arrived in the afternoon. I ended up setting up Whatsapp on my mobile phone to contact the owner. The neighbors are friendly and location is good.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful but their English was limited. We had lunch there the first day and it was good and reasonably priced. The chocolate croissant and coffee for breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Tivoli. Highly recommend.

Clean and nicely decorated room. Slippers and toiletries provided. I did have the impression that this was an apartment with a kitchenette. No, it’s just a room. The shared kitchen is upstairs. Also you are not allowed to have food or drink in the room. So if you want a cup of tea/coffee, or food, it has to be upstairs in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. No cup of tea relaxing in your pyjamas.
The room is a 10 minute walk from the station and well located in town and for Villa D’Este. A short bus ride to Hadrians Villa
