Clean and nicely decorated room. Slippers and toiletries provided. I did have the impression that this was an apartment with a kitchenette. No, it’s just a room. The shared kitchen is upstairs. Also you are not allowed to have food or drink in the room. So if you want a cup of tea/coffee, or food, it has to be upstairs in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. No cup of tea relaxing in your pyjamas.
The room is a 10 minute walk from the station and well located in town and for Villa D’Este. A short bus ride to Hadrians Villa

It’s a little intimidating upon approach. Just search for public parking on your map. We found that everything we wanted to see within walking distance.
The apartment was lovely and the restaurant downstairs was marvelous. Go out on a lamb and order the stinky pork knuckle. It is to die for like a pork roast and gravy!
