    Nexy is a friendly place with a fantastic location right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff are generally friendly, helpful, and available 24/7 to assist with check-in, check-out, and other matters. One thing I appreciated is that towels can be changed every two days, and bedsheets can be changed every 3–4 days upon request. However, if you prefer fresh towels every day, you may not always get them without being questioned about why you need a change. The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The rooms can also become rather stuffy and develop an unpleasant smell because the air-conditioning is normally unavailable from 11am to 5pm unless you specifically request for it to be turned on, which can be quite cumbersome. Another downside for me is that there are no bidet sprays in the toilets. The beds themselves are comfortable, although I found the pillows a little too flat. I would recommend choosing a smaller dorm room, as there tend to be fewer disturbances and less noise. There is also no drinking-water dispenser, so you will need to buy bottled water from the counter. It costs around 10K VND for a small bottle and 20K VND for a large one. Overall, Nexy has an excellent location, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient 24/7 assistance. However, cleanliness, limited air-conditioning hours, the lack of bidet sprays and a water dispenser, and the towel-changing policy are areas that could be improved.

    The building and room are secured. It’s near to all facilities and I enjoy my stay here, staff are reliable. He clean the room everyday. This Hostel gives both privacy and connections. The Female room is really great, all guests really respect others never emcounter any trouble. Great for solo travelers like me who stays longer and want to spend time pn her own pace. By the way Filipino right here! So, kababayans, stay here if you are looking for a palce to stay.

    The location was perfect,with easy access to transportation.The cleanliness of the property was impeccable,ensuring a pleasant environment.Staff friendly,hospitality and kind they helped me everything. aircon doesn't work 24 hours. I never seen such interesting rule in Vietnam. But I don't spend time in hostel. So I can't say anything.Of course,There are a few things that need to be improved.what I need.There was nothing to complain.
