People were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable.

Daniel was the most gracious host and so very helpful! The unit was a perfect location with a 2 min walk to Trevi and so easy to call an Uber. It’s right in the heart of great shopping and wonderful restaurants.

The location is excellent — right in the middle of the main attractions. The service is good, and overall it feels like a safe place, aside from one odd incident with a man waiting outside the entrance who wanted to talk. The main area for improvement would be cleanliness. The sheets could be changed more often, and the property doesn’t quite feel like a hotel in terms of upkeep. Also, there’s no elevator, which made carrying bags a bit of a hassle.
