Amazing staff at this hotel. During my stay I ended up in a tough situation involving a taxi driver and my mom's phone going missing. The management here helped me communicate, coordinated a three-way call, and helped step by step until we got it sorted.
What stood out most was how human they were. They did not treat it like "not our problem." They treated it like a person needed help. If you are considering this hotel, know that you will be looked after by good people.

The accommodation was excellent, and the services at the reception were truly outstanding.

The room was comfortable and clean. Little bit cramped but totally worth it for the location. This is an excellent hotel to book for its price and location
