My personal experience is that the staff was accommodating and very polite. I spoke to Cody and he said good morning, have a great day. The woman in the office is also very pleasant. She helped us with a microwave and a fridge. For the value I do recommend. If your looking for the Ritz, look elsewhere, for a two star hotel I feel it was above my expectations. There was another worker with black hair who was very polite as well, and apologized for the availability on towels and as soon as they were available they were brought to us. I really think that all the employees have put 110% effort and that goes a long way. If your looking for a inexpensive place to stay I do recommend this one. I think other guests are expecting more, however you're paying for a two star hotel. I dont think the reviews do them justice.

No clean towels, late ck in, pool was empty, room smelled, no outlets . I used to stay there a lot about two or three years ago and I knew it was an older motel, but I enjoyed the facility itself. It’s completely gone downhill and it’s not a good environment.

First the company failed to have wifi to complete the transaction for the stay. Then gave me a room that has not been cleaned, moved me to another room. But failed to have the equipment to give me and my husband a room key. Then the room we stayed in 1/2 the lights did not work, no remote for the T.V. no shampoo or conditioner given only hand soap. to add fuel to the fire, they did not have Toilet Paper, so i have to purchase my own, use my own wifi and my own towels. The only thing that works well in this hotel is the AC and Hot water. Hopefully they can progress with a better stay for others, as for my husband and I we will not stay here again.
