The restraunt was closed. Breakfast was an apple container of yogurt HB egg no salt or pepper and a drink box. the matress was the box spring. very uncomfortable would not recommend this place

First we couldn’t access our room as the key locks are old and not working. That solved, the bed was the worst thing! We won’t be back, because our backs couldn’t handle another night.

Great view over the harbour. Close to town. We had one complaint and the manager bent over backwards to accommodate us. Full breakfast was good and if you have to leave early, they give you an option of a bagged breakfast. Overall l recommend this establishment.

Over priced for what is received. We were located on the bottom floor next to outside walkway where everyone could see into our suite... no one-way blinds provided. Sofa was cat clawed. Hole in wall by entrance. Bathroom cabinet was falling apart. Holes in sheets. Very noisy from front end staff playing music loud at night through to morning. Connecting door that I assume went to reception, it was deadbolt locked, but no way to lock it on our side, so whomever on the other side of the door had access to our suite. Very overpriced for quality!

I had reserved and paid for the jacuzzi/ fireplace room. We arrived late so didn’t really care , but did not get either of these things in the room. The next morning we asked if we should have been paying the same charge for a room without the jacuzzi tub or fireplace. She said it would be the same price.

The room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff I met were very friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. All of the food was cold. And by “cold” I don’t mean it just cooled off. It was as if the scrambled eggs were pre made and kept in the fridge. Sausage too. Tasted disgusting as a result. Breakfast 0/10. The rest of the property, staff, etc, 9/10

If I could, I would not stay again. Carpets were so dirty, couldn’t take your shoes off. Horrible bedding: mattress pad was too short and torn, so it was always bungled under the sheet, cheep sheets. No housekeeping even ones for 3 nights, garbage was not taken out even ones. For brown bag breakfast got 1/8 of an apple, one bite slice of small muffin and a sandwich with a spoon of something in the middle(didn’t eat it). All that for $221 per night. Staff was friendly.

This was a convenient spot for me. The building is older and in desperate need of a makeover. Staff were helpful with all my questions. They allowed me to leave my vehicle at the Inn for the week I was away, for a small fee, and suggested parking where the security camera could see. Not sure about the Quarterdeck Pub and it's affiliation to the Inn, but very disappointed with their food and pitiful menu choices.

We arrived late off the ferry from Prince Rupert, and the check-in counter was very fast and efficient dealing with the influx of passengers at that time. The room was very comfortable - not the height of luxury but just what was needed for a restful night. Breakfast buffet, served in the pub/restaurant next door was included and was on the better side for its type.

Upon check in, both of our room keys did not work. The front desk was very attentive and tried to be helpful, however it took 3 visits to the front desk to get working keys (which still took multiple attempts to work). The property has wifi, however it did not reach our room so we couldn’t use wifi our entire stay unless in the hallway or in lobby. Staff was friendly but these were inconveniences for us.

It was a nice place with nice breakfast included. I saw some reviews said the hotel provided breakfast box only, which just got an apple, a juice box and a muffin, but we were lucky to have hot breakfast served at next door with plenty of options for buffet style food because the owner just opened a restaurant and bar next door. Plus the view is great, and owner and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You would not regret you stay if you choose them for stay

Overall, the property was good. It was a way from town, but still walkable.. about 15-20 min. The staff/management were really accommodating and friendly and nice. Breakfast from 6-9am is in the next building. It was OK. There was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee. Go there early if you want it to be hotter ours was not really hot. One downfall was there was not enough plugs in the room and we were on the main floor. The fridge did not work at first but the owner came and looked at it right away and got it going. Our lookout was to the parking lot. We asked to be moved. We were put on the third floor great view overlooking the marina. Our room was right off the elevator and there were more plugs in that room!😁 there is coffee tea, and hot chocolate in the main area.

Our short stay on Port Hardy was ok .. disappointed the pub restaurant in the hotel was closed plus several others nearby only drinks available as kitchens were closed so we had to have fast food instead. The staff were very nice and accommodating room clean , unfortunately every time someone went into a room near ours their door would auto close and was very loud and disturbing as we had an early departure . Overall the stay was good as it met our comfort needs after a long drive ..
