Appartement propre , fonctionnel , et calme . Trés bien
La récuperation des codes pour ouvrir la porte . Galére . Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée et par contre un de sortie . Pas clair se genre procéder .

Tranquilidad. Facilidad para aparcar gratis. Bien equipado. Disponibilidad para 6.
Tercero sin ascensor. Tener que llevar ropa de cama y toallas. Papel higiénico justo: un rollo y medio para 4 personas y dos dias.El parquet crujía mucho y si alguien anda de noche, despierta a los demás.

un bruit dérangeant dans le système de chauffage jour et nuit (pas forcément du ressort des propriétaires car situé dans les combles... et souci peut-être réglé à ce jour)

L’appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et pour entrer et sortir il faut à chaque fois composer un code à 10 chiffres ! Avec un BB de 10kg sur le bras c’est sportif… La journée on pouvait régler le chauffage sur 19* mais la nuit il se mettait toujours sur 16*. Appartement propre et rénové.
