About this apartment rental
This apartment located in the center, benefits from a beautiful location. Thus, you will easily access the ski area of the Domaine de Luchon – Superbagnères. For those who aspire to a wellness holiday, everything is done on foot: 10 minutes from the thermal baths, 5 minutes from the market and the access cabins to Superbagnères, close to all shops (grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, tourist office...)
The accommodation
Charming spacious T3 of 47m², ideally located in the heart of Luchon, 4/6 people.
You will have at your disposal 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with 2 bunk beds (two beds 80), the main one with a bed in 140 as well as a pull-out sofa bed (two mattresses in 80 for the option 6 people).
Bright, located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residence (with elevator), it offers a view of the alleys of Etigny and the rue Victor Hugo. It is a perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the region.
Well equipped to welcome you, the interior is equipped with a functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, combined microwave, dishwasher...) Also available: toaster, coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, raclette machine, TV
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower.
The toilets are independent.
The apartment has cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and ironing board and ironing board, not to mention the raclette machine.
Please note that the tourist tax is included in the price. At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged by a tourist concierge service, on site who will welcome you between 3 pm and 7 pm. Our partner will contact you before your arrival to organise your stay.
For arrivals from 8pm to 9pm: an additional €10 will be payable on site and €15 from 9pm to 10pm.
This service also offers bed linen and towel rental, and equipment for babies. Details of optional services and contact details will be communicated to you after booking.
It is forbidden to smoke inside. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.
At your disposal on the first floor of the residence:
- 1 individual ski locker (6 people), closed,
- a linen room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
