My 60m2 home has a living room of 25 m2 with a functional equipped kitchen to share good meals with a bar or the possibility of a retractable table, a balcony facing the mountain. The living room also has a double sofa bed.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds in 140 and another in 160cm. All equipped with a closet.
A small but functional bathroom. A separate toilet.
A cellar is accessible in the basement.
