Luchon plein centre, Ski, Soleil et Eaux thermales 100m Remontée 400m Thermes

La ubicación, proximidad de aparcamiento y la atención personal a la llegada. Todo muy fácil y práctico.

El colchón, mejorable.

Emplacement idéal à 5min à pieds du téléphérique (accès pistes) , des thermes, de tous commerces et restaurants, à côté de l’office du tourisme. Appartement bien équipé avec ascenseur, terrasse, lave-vaisselle, lave linge … Linge de toilette et de lit fournis.

Petits quiproquo concernant - les modalités d’arrivée : message de notre hôte jamais reçu sur booking, du coup nous n’étions pas vraiment attendus mais cela s’est vite solutionné car la propriétaire et la personne qui gère sur place sont facilement joignables. - la composition de l’appartement: booking annonce une chambre séparée ce qui n’est pas le cas ; il n’y a qu’une pièce qui fait à la fois salle à manger, salon et chambre (avec un grand lit , un clic clac deux personnes et un clic clac une personne). La propriétaire a envoyé une demande de rectification à booking suite à notre remarque.

We were nicely welcomed by Nadia. The location is good, just off the vibrant street of Luchon and directly next to the mountains.

We were a bit disappointed when we arrived. The studio was on the ground floor and had a view on a parking lot. The picture that attracted us to this place was actually of the apartment a few floors higher, very misleading. So note that there is no balcony!! There was no toilet paper when we arrived and all the shops were already closed. The towels were very old and had holes in them. The shower curtain was moldy. The bed was okay but it’s actually a sofa bed. There was no wifi. In the end, we made the best out of it and had quite a nice stay but I think the apartment needs a few upgrades before it is rented out for this price.
