A very nice appratment

It is a very nice appartment with basically all amnetites one might need. The location (cca 100m walk to ski slopes) and sauna are a nice added bonus!

The sofa bed is indeed more for children that 2 adults. For 1 is ok, but for 2 it is a little too narrow.

Good value for money, perfect location and amazing views

Location was perfect! Couple of steps from the nice kids-friendly slopes and lifts, restaurants and start to the Adventweg. Responsive and kind owners. Spotlesly clean (except for the bedding for the sofa bed). Bed in the bedroom was very comfy. There were also some board games in the room which kept our kids occupied. Amazing views!! Just a note (not good or bad) that this is the apartment house, but not all apartments have the same owners. We were not aware of that.

Check-in was a bit bumpy. You need to leave the car in front of the garage, walk around the building to the main entrance, enter one door code, find your safe, enter another code, get your key cards (in our case, they were not there), and then walk back down to the garage and park your car. We arrived tired, in the dark, and in the full blown blizzard, with two small kids so it was a bit stressful. Luckily, owners answered the phone and helped us get spare key cards (which included more walking around the buliding and entering more codes). Elevator was not working so we had to drag our stuff and ski gear up the stairs. Unfortunately, when we got into the room, we realized that the sofa bed was not prepared for sleeping, so we had to search for the bedding (another call to the owners) and make the bed ourselves. Also, the bedding was used (womens parfume and hair) so we had to change the bedding too. We gave feedback to the owners and they kindly offered to have drinks and send them the receipt so they could refund it as a compensation. There were really intensive smelling air freshener sticks in the bathroom. The whole apartment smelled of them for days even though we put them out in the balcony as soon as we arrived. We had issues with very loud door slamming late in the evening and even in the middle of the night. I believe it was the garage and ski room doors which are heavy and close automatically and very loudly. It woke us up at least 10 times. There is a short bunny lift with magic carpet right below the balcony, which might we very convenient for some people, but that also meant that ratrack was preparing the slope at 4:30 in the morning and it kept us awake for 15-20 min. And on the last morning our neighbour was preparing a breakfast and set off the fire alarm in the whole building. Water pressure in the shower was dissapointing.

Super lokalizacja na narty! Czysto. Cicho. Dobre wyposażenie. Garaż pod budynkiem z prywatnym miejscem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Narciarnia trochę zawiodła oczekiwania - elektryczne grzałki do butów słabo / niedostatecznie długo działały i buty rano były wilgotne... (ale to nie bezpośrednia wina właścicieli apartamentu więc nie obniżam oceny ogólnej).

Tip top in orde, echte aanrader!

Het was zeer ordelijk en perfect hygiënisch. Was net nieuw. Bed was ook heerlijk om in te slapen. De ondergrondse afgeschermde garage was zeker ook een groot pluspunt.
