James was very communicative, accommodating and kind. While the property we had initially booked had suddenly become inaccessible he very quickly set us up elsewhere at no additional cost and it was very lovely.

The view was brilliant and the apartment was really comfortable. We stayed there as we were going to a concert at the O2 and for that the location was perfect
There was beer and milk on arrival which was a lovely touch. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms not the one bedroom we had booked.
It felt clean but there was a chip in the drawer so that made me feel like it wasn't but maybe that's unfair of me.
There was a chip - as in one you eat in the cutlery drawer.

Good area, close to public transport and modern property.
We booked this apartment but they placed us in another apartment because of some problems. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, the toiled had stains on it. Probably the apartment was not clean after the previous guests, when we asked for a compensation we didn’t get a respond to our message on this topic. For this price we’d expect a clean place to stay at. Overall we were very disappointed.
