The property had a good amount of space with nice bathrooms and bedrooms.
The property had a lot of little issues such as broken door handles, locks and drains. Also didn’t love having to collect the keys from a convenient store rather than the reception.

It was a really good size and perfect for me and my 18 yr old son to have seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. We needed a fridge too, so the litchenette was great, and it felt cosy. It was also within walking distance to the O2 Arena
Bathroom with the bath was slightly dark, needs a bit more lighting.

Location is strategic with good view, easy accessible to O2 shopping mall, Tube and Bus.
One of the room's window cannot be opened, bad ventilation. No fan for the same room, tried to fix a disassembled stand fan from store room, but not stable.Requested additional working fan due to hot weather and bad ventilation, but not provided during our stay. Door to balcony cannot be locked due to missing lock handle, potential risk of break in causing safety issue.
