It was easy to access the O2
Everyone had an own room
There was anything you needed
The floor and doors were really loud so we woke each other immediately when someone went to the bathroom.
You could also hear the street and neighbours very well

Good location for the O2
From the outside, the bins were overflowing and rubbish was all over the drive, including a used sanitary pad.
There wasn’t any wifi, despite being told that there was. There was only one remote for 4 tvs. Washing was hung up drying in the living room, the bedroom light didn’t work and there was masking tape holding the fire alarm together.
A cupboard door was hanging off in the kitchen and the floor was damaged.
Save yourself disappointment and get a hotel!
