City Air Apartments - GREENWICH - O2 ARENA AND FREE PARKING

Location was great for what we needed. Walking distance to the o2 arena which was very convenient. The place was clean and tidy. Plenty of space for us all. The host was very helpful sorting the issue we had with getting in to the property and did so quickly. Would definitely stay again for future o2 events.

When we arrived the code we were given didn't work on the lock box. The phone number supplied also did not connect so we had no choice but to message the host via booking.com and wait for the response. At this point we genuinely thought we'd been scammed. The Internet didn't work which in turn meant the TV also didn't connect to anything. This didn't particularly affect our 1 night stay but would have been a problem had we stayed longer. Very noisy area. Whilst this didn't particularly affect us I could see how it may bother some people.

Lovely house, perfect for staying at 02, communication is amazing and lovely! Definitely will use again!

Location and free parking

No drop curb for drive

Good location for the O2

From the outside, the bins were overflowing and rubbish was all over the drive, including a used sanitary pad. There wasn’t any wifi, despite being told that there was. There was only one remote for 4 tvs. Washing was hung up drying in the living room, the bedroom light didn’t work and there was masking tape holding the fire alarm together. A cupboard door was hanging off in the kitchen and the floor was damaged. Save yourself disappointment and get a hotel!
