The floor was not clean, and the towels weren't new. I send pictures, my hair is blonde, and there was a lot of hair and dirt on the floor it was black.

The apartment was in a great location and very close to the O2 Arena, which was a big advantage. Lovely convenient apartment fo 2 people

The key collection point is on the other side of the apartment, so the walk with heavy suitcases was quite long and uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The €150 security deposit. We were only informed about this the day before check-in, and it was not mentioned in the original listing. The apartment was also not as clean as we expected. There were greasy handprints on the oven door from previous guests, which we had to clean ourselves. We also felt that the apartment was not really suitable for four adults. The fold-out couch was quite small and did not comfortably accommodate two adults.

Nous avons reçu des messages pour nous dire qu'il y avait un problème de clé puis pour nous dire qu'il annulait notre séjour. Dans l'urgence nous avons pris une autre location.
