Me gustó todo del apartamento, era cómodo estaba limpio no habían cucarachas ( muy importante) estaba bien equipado y tenía buenas vistas.
Solamente que el aire acondicionado mojaba al vecino de abajo y nos tocó dos veces, que olía un poco a gato como que hubo un gato ahí los días previos y que teníamos que bajar la basura un poco lejos, al salir cargados complicado.. Nada más Todo lo demás. Bien

Las zonas comunes.Anticuadas,sucio y bastante deteriorado.Para llegar al apartamento es un mundo,entre pasillos,escaleras y más escaleras un suplicio

Great little apartment with everything you need. Very clean with amazing views from the balcony and superb location just off the main street and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely visit again.
Don't be put off by the entrance to the building, needs a bit of a face-lift and tidy up. Anybody with mobility issues might find access to the flat tough, once out the lift on the 7th floor there are numerous steps up and down to reach the apartment.
