Posizione comoda, struttura nuova molto curata
Il divano letto risulta un po’ scomodo in quanto necessitava di aprirlo e chiuderlo ad ogni utilizzo, a causa dell’ingombro del letto aperto che toglieva tanto spazio alla stanza

Das Appartment ist wirklich gut und umfassend ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war sehr gut möbliert incl. grossen Sonnenschirm.
Das Appartment Haus Palm Garden ist stark veraltet und bedarf einer umfassenden Renovierung. Die Geräusche von der Strasse waren sehr laut.
Wir hatten leider Pech dahingehend, als dass die Sicherung bei jeder Nutzung von Strom rausgeflogen ist und erst nach 5 Tagen eine neue Sicherung eingebaut worden ist. Daher kaum Chance auf Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Grill E-Herd. Auch fiel dadurch oftmals das warme Duschen aus.
Vermieter hat sich aber gekümmert. Aber es brauchte halt 5 Tage Geduld und Zuversicht.
