It’s very spacious and apartment is clean

Elevator is very small , and outside of the property to get in does not look presenting, but if you get in the property youl love it

Very stylish, modern apartment. Best place i’ve stayed in Durres. Large living area, very comfortable bedrooms.

Checkin arrangements were a bit complicated (would be better with a keybox and clear instructions for the door codes, rather than relying on someone having to come - Durres traffic always makes timing tricky).

The property is nice and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The WiFi is strong and reliable, and the Smart TV with Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Rooms are spacious.

What I didn’t like about the property was mainly related to cleanliness, comfort, and location. There were used toiletries left in the apartment (such as toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo), which felt unhygienic. The towels were quite hard and not very comfortable, and the apartment itself appeared a bit dusty. In terms of location, it is not beachfront as I had expected — it is around a 20-minute walk to the beach. The views are also mainly of cargo/industrial boats rather than a leisure seaside view. Overall, it felt less suitable for tourists wanting to be close to beach clubs and restaurants
