Ivy Lalzi Bay Beach House

Having said the last thing about the beach, it was really nice to have it so close, and your own private beach service with 2 loungers and an umbrella was a huge and rare plus! Also access to the water was very nice, with sandy bottom and water not getting deep for several meters into the sea The owners were really helpful and responsive. Promptly solved some minor issues pointed out to them. Very good communication- thank you Ester! Would have used them more to solve some of the issues pointed out above but didn't want to be bothered. Really good location with respect to how close to the beach, restaurants and a local grocery store it is. Also, generally nice immediate neighborhood with new summer houses and nicely maintained grounds.

Some issues with ventilation in the bathroom (smelly), even though there was an automatic air freshener, the canister was empty:-( Hosts being very nice and seemingly efficient would probably have supplied a spare had I asked them to. Also, some traces of mould in the shower (can be easily mediated with some bleach-soaked cotton wool or q-tips placed along the mouldy edges for an hour or two, but didn't want to bother with that on holidays, less so be bothered by organizing the solution with the owners). Some nights there were parties around, like the 27th birthday party (saw the sign in the adjacent property's garden) of our neighbor's (child?), very noisy with loud music and a guy singing out of tune to make matters worse but thank God the noise stopped before midnight due to Covid curfew I guess:-) and a couple of nights loud party noises from the neighborhood (perhaps one of the restaurants?) but that may have been our luck. No tea kettle (but that was a minor issue) General issue with Albania, not the property itself, was that there was more garbage on the beach than you might expect, especially if you decided to walk a longer distance towards the "wilder" parts.

Great location, right at the beach

Pots and pans, cutlery and kitchen utensils were a bit sticky and did not look hygienic. However, the kitchen was very well equipped.

Beach is very close to beach in good locality with restaurant and market in walking distance. We enjoy terrace with shelter and garden.

We dont like trouble with water in house which was sometimes very smelty and troubles with washing maschine ( which host solved very quickly).

Clean, peaceful and near the sea.
