Crown Apartments

The main host, Keli, is warm and friendly and he goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The property is a new build, everything is new and there's a decent kitchen space, suitable for preparing light meals. The beds and convertible sofas are also comfortable. We were lucky to have an apartment which featured sea views from the internal living space, as well as the balcony. The location is very good - a short walk to the extensive beach, two local supermarkets with virtually everything you may need and easy access to a broad range of restaurants, bars and ice creams stalls. The host listened to and appreciated any feedback given and he would try to assist if it was within his control. Overall, the family owners running these apartments and the cafe/restaurant do appear to work hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and they will no doubt improve over time - we could see their dedication and ambition and once they have more experience, this place will be hard to match. It's a very good alternative to the sprawling hotels in the area.

There were some things that are beyond their control, for example some garbage bins down the street causing unsavoury smells and an unsightly derelict plot of land immediately opposite the apartment block - if you are reading this review, please be mindful that the area is undergoing development and these sorts of issues are sometimes inevitable, but they would not put us off if we were to revisit. As a newly built apartment block, there are one or two little issues with the development, such as drainage, which should be expected I guess, especially during peak season when we were there. One thing to note as this is an apartment for rent, you do not get room service, daily or occasional cleaning, replenishment of toilet rolls, towels etc so be prepaired to manage these things yourself. The equipment offered in the apartment for cleaning is a little less than adequate and perhaps those little details can be improved over time, but at the moment, I'd suggest bringing/buying your own personal and room hygiene supplies. I read reviews before our trip and to reduce carrying liquids, I managed my own expectations by taking washing machine detergent sheets, anti-bacterial wipes, mosquito wipes (and plug-in mosquito killers for night), lavatory wipes and a small pump bottle of dish washing liquid - most of which reduce your luggage during your stay. A bar of soap would've made my packing perfect and I'm not sure if they can provide cleaning detergents, but there were none in the apartment.

W bliskim sąsiedztwie apartamentowca funkcjonuje dzikie wysypisko śmieci. Przez to przy wejściu oraz czasem w restauracji roztaczał się smród. W budynku nieodczuwalny, ponieważ apartament był na 7 piętrze. Kilka mankamentów z uwagi na świeżo oddane pomieszczenia, ale do wyeliminowania małym kosztem.

Crown Apartments was an excellent place to stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and newly renovated. It had air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable. The owners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi from Tirana and back, assisted with transportation to a large shopping mall, and even sent one of their drivers to help us. Throughout our stay, they were welcoming, always smiling, and willing to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend Crown Apartments to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with outstanding hospitality and customer service. I would gladly stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Apartament był nowoczesny i miał klimatyzację

Jest wiele mankamentów, śniadania mizerne co 3 dni to samo, do picia nie było nawet wody do wyboru tylko sztuczny sok, kawa dodatkowo płatna co nie kosztuje dużo wiec nie rozumiem czemu nie jest w cenie śniadania odrazu lepiej bu to wyglądało. Z klimatyzacji co jakis czas wydobywał się zapach ścieków lub kanalizacji. W łazience zamiast ściągaczki do wody był mop który nie wiadomo ile gości używało wczeniej co wydaje mi się wysoce niehigieniczne. Lokalizacja- blisko plaży ale na przeciw budynku jest wysypisko śmieci gdzie codziennie wszystkie hotele z okolicy zwożą śmieci zapach jest nie do zniesienia w upale pomimo iż codziennie przyjeżdża śmieciarka.
