Nažalost, boravak u ovom stanu nije ispunio naša očekivanja. Kreveti su premali za dvije osobe. Stan se nalazi odmah pored ulaznih vrata zgrade, pa od ranog jutra (već od 6:30) čujete sve stanare koji ulaze i izlaze — buđenje je neizbježno. Zvučna izolacija je loša i stalno se čuje buka iz drugih stanova. Ulazna vrata u zgradu hitno trebaju popravak jer strahovito škripe po podu pri svakom otvaranju i zatvaranju, a sve se to glasno čuje u stanu i dodatno ometa odmor. Terasa je prljava, puna izmeta od golubova, pa imate dojam da sjedite u krletki. U kupaonici je umivaonik vrlo malen i nema dovoljno mjesta za osobne stvari. Osim toga, sve je klimavo — dijelovi tuša otpadaju, kuka za ručnik se neprestano odljepljuje i pada. Sve u svemu, stan zahtijeva ozbiljno održavanje i poboljšanja kako bi boravak bio ugodniji.
