Osher, the owner of our accommodation, answered our questions clearly and the place perfectly met our needs. You can use the multi-story car park located under the Thessaloniki City Hall. While car parks elsewhere are more expensive (25-30 Euros per day), the city hall car park is clean, well-maintained, and costs only 17.9 Euros per day. It's definitely a great option if you're arriving by car. I highly recommend Alicia by halu! Central 2BD apartment.

We didn't know what floor was the appartment on, so we called the staff and noone answered.

The location was good, and the apartment had a great layout with two bedrooms.

First, the self check-in instructions were very unclear. According to those instructions, we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network had a completely different name and password, which we ended up finding ourselves on the router. Christopher, who was responsible for this, did not assist us. Secondly, and most importantly, one of the bedrooms is extremely small and cramped, with no space to change clothes. The other bedroom has a mattress that is worn out and sagging — we basically slept on springs. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Additionally, the apartment was not freshly cleaned and there was quite a lot of dust.
