Thessaloniki Center Small Studio Apartment

Great location. Very welcoming apartment and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful decoration that made the space feel welcoming. Its location was great and the price was very reasonable, so overall it offered good value for money.

The communication with the manager wasn’t ideal. He was a bit abrupt and arranging an earlier check-in proved difficult, as I only received a clear answer the day before my arrival. While I understand that early check-in depends on availability, more timely and considerate communication would help guests plan their trip with more confidence.

Location of the apartment

The apartment has a very low ceiling, so it's nota good for claustrophobic persons. Additionally, there îs no parking area near by. Thanks to the owner of the apartment, we parked in a private parking which was almost 1 km away from the location.

Excellent location, beautiful view. Many towels, fresh, clean. Good water pressure. Hot water was indeed hot. Bed was comfortable, the couch as well. Tv worked, remote had good batteries. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Very helpful staff. Helped us with parking. We had coffee, croissants, tea, apples and candy on arrival. The studio is furnished with microwave, electric stove, oven, some dishes, coffee makers. The bed mattress was excellent, comfortablr and the sheets were clean and crisp. The furniture is new, in good taste and practical. Nightstands on both sides of bed, with good light. The artwork over the bed, a sunset, is appropriate. The bed wall had a blue frame, reminded me of the Cyclades. Dowstairs you will find great cafes, restaurants amd fast food places. Thr Rotunda is literally behind the building. The studio has a magnificent view of a Byzantine church. Good bougatsa place across the main street from the studio.

On the mezanin, no elevator, we had to climb stairs with baby carriage, but just one floor, not a big deal. Noise from neighbours' TV, but not so bad. Front door made a noise when shut, that could be easily improved. Parking is always a problem in Thessaloniki, be aware of it, ask for advice from the staff. They know non stop parking and so on. Appartment ceilings are low. Could be a problem for very tall individuals. We are of average height, so no problem for us.
