Ciche i spokojne miejsce na uboczu. Blisko do Świeradowa. W okolicy sklep oraz Kopalnia św. Jana czy skałki zakochanych. Na terenie obiektu wszystko w najwyższym standardzie. Właściciele stale dbają o poprawę warunków. Same domki w wysokim standardzie wykończenia , dobrze wyposażone oraz dobrze przemyślane. Świetne miejsce na wypad z rodziną. Zmywarka, piekarnik czy bardzo dobra suszarka do włosów znacząco ułatwiają wyjazd. Jest tez miejsce do aktywnego wypoczynku, specjalne miejsce na grilla, duży i przestronny parking. Gospodarze zaangażowani o czym świadczy bardzo dobry kontakt oraz gościnność. Jeśli komuś zależy na wyjeździe większą grupą jak my, czyli 10 osób, jest to bardzo dobra dobra opcja ze względu na ogromny komfort tego obiektu.
Brakuje moskiteir w niektórych oknach oraz lepszego oświetlenia nocnego dla strefy do grilla. Nie są to rzeczy, które znacząco wplywaja na komfort podrózy, a bardziej potencjalne ulepszenia.
