Leuke accomodatie en de sauna was heerlijk. Prima voorzieningen en vlak bij het centum van Świeradów. De meeste wandelingen (stad, Sępia Góra, Stóg Izerski en Smrk) vanuit het appartement gemaakt behalve die bij Kopalnia Stanisława.
De woonkamer en de aanliggende slaapkamer hadden weinig daglicht. Het kunstlicht in de woonkamer hing wat ongelukkig, slecht licht bij het koken en de kon je niet bij de bank zetten. Geen ventilatiemogelijkheid in een slaapkamer (zal in de zomer erg benauwd zijn).
