Size and arrangement of the room, the huge terrace and the view from it. The whole establshment (and the city) is very quiet after 22:00 (don't get me wrong, it's not noisy before that time either) and oh gosh... you'll get an uninterrupted long night sleep. Very comfortable bed and linen and a spacious wardrobe. The owner - Michał - very helpful and informative. The cleaning/maintenance staff is excellent. The restaurant that is placed on the ground floor of the main building - all the waiters and the owner - Jacek - basically as above - helpful, understanding and very communicative. If they give you some alternatives and/or addons that are not on the menu - believe me, you will not be dissapointed. The portions are considerable in size and very tasty - you will not get hungry. If you ever get there when it is hot - take the cold soup (chłodnik in Polish) if it is on the offer. On the arrival (late night) the restaurant was already closed, so we wondered out to the city and ate elsewhere that first night, but throughout the rest of our stay we have dined in the on-site restaurant and we couldn't be happier. Panie Michale, Panie Jacku i cała załogo - dziękujemy za gościnę. Mamy nadzieję ponownie zawitać u Państwa jak tylko ponownie będziemy wybierać się w góry Izerskie.

The bathroom in our room was really small, it was not that easy to move around in it. Given the space I am not sure if it would be possible to arrange it better. Might be difficult to use by a large person. I believe other rooms did not have that 'issue'.

Wszystko było ok, pokoje bardzo ładne i czyściutkie. Parking duży.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, blisko wyciągu i centrum, ale na uboczu.

Śniadania zaczynają się dość późno, bo od 8.30. Jakość śniadania bardzo niska. Kuchnia (dania z karty) bardzo ciężkostrawna. Brak recepcji lub osoby, która jest zawsze na miejscu i jest w stanie przyjąć gościa.
