Bliskość do centrum Świeradowa. Mieszkanie usytuowane na parterze, co było dla nas ułatwieniem, gdyż podróżowaliśmy z pieskiem. W środku czysto i schludnie. Bardzo łatwe zameldowanie poprzez otwarcie skrytki przy drzwiach oraz miejsce parkingowe przed budynkiem.
Brakowało mi kilku rzeczy np. suszarki na naczynia czy szafy. Dobrze by było coś zrobić z drzwiami z łazienki, bo są tak wypaczone, że ciężko się je zamyka i otwiera. Jeżeli komuś zależy na ciszy, to mogłoby przeszkadzać dmuchane miasteczko dla dzieci, które jest po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Praktycznie samo centrum. Czysto schludnie, dobrze wyposażone, wygodnie.
dość głosno z lokali naprzeciwko. Wyjście na taras od strony ulicy. Problemy z ogarnieciem miejsc parkingowych (ale zawsze znajduje sie ktos kto pomoze z innych lokatorów)
