Obiekt ładny, wystarczająco dużo miejsca, dobra lokalizacja, aczkolwiek to zależy od potrzeb (dosyć daleko od Domu zdrojowego i centrum, blisko do sklepu i części szlaków turystycznych). Wszystkie informacje organizacyjne, kody, klucze otrzymaliśmy z wyprzedzeniem.
Niedokładnie posprzątane - przykładowo zauważalny kurz i jakieś papierki po poprzednich najemcach w rogach, brudny stół. Słaby kontakt zwrotny (brak reakcji) na informacje wysłane do wynajmującego.
