Swimming pool was great. Yard was spacious. can fit around 4 cars. backyard suitable to do bbq. house is quite small to fit more than 10 people but the outside space is big enough to host more than 10 people.
living room aircond maybe need to service. was quite warm even tho we turned on full power.

Nice place and well equipped for big group. The outdoor area was very functional, spent most of our time outside - food, games, lepak area. Clean and nicely furnished and decorated
Not sure if it is regular occurence but there was a group of youngsters racing on motorbikes into the early morning. We stayed during New Year Eve so we stayed up very late and the noise did not bother us but if it were normal weekends that can be too noisy
