The host very helpful. All instruction is easy to understand. The parking space, u can park in front of the sea! stay in car while enjoying view before and after u check in! Another is the SPACE! the hall/kitchen.
The only "thing" is the Apartment location, since I book a 3 room, it was at the end of the block. LUCKLY it was only at level 2. It's not a big deal unless u travel with elderly, its quite far from the lift, BUT it was OK. And another thing is, during our stay the whole level 2 was empty if I'm not mistaken, only 2 apt are occupied. AGAIN, it has nothing to do with the property just personal opinion.

The parking, the spacious room, quiet pool, and the beach.
The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, huge balcony.
The swimming pool was under maintenance when we arrived.
The water in one of the bathrooms did not drain properly.
There was not enough cookware provided for use with the induction cooktop.

The view from the unit and tv with netflix
1. Cleanliness - Balcony sangat kotor, nak enjoy the view pun tak dapat sebab kotor tahi cicak
2. Safety Issues - main door guna id lock tapi tak boleh kunci dari dalam. bilik tidur tak boleh lock.
3. Mineral Water - bayar almost Rm550 without any mineral water?
4. Shower Gel - disediakan bekas tapi isi sedikit Shampoo not provided.
