the wonderful view of the swimming pool and ocean, cleanliness, kind host, superb location
wifi very bad due to the location near the sea (weak signal) and no cooking gas provided

A combination of several items:
1) beautiful interior - cool breeze
2) clean - spotless
3) in particular the person who manages the property and provides information on how to get in is exceptionally friendly, considerate and provides very clear instructions
This is probably an ad hoc thing but the previous tenant had durians in the apartment - the stench was annoying but bearable.

Price was good. Generally it was clean. Owner very responsive. Easy to check in
No wifi. My fault for assuming all properties will have it. But nowadays essential to have it. 4g reception not good too. So unable to connect to watch tv. Place is a little run down.

Old building, the balcony got birds poops, kitchen smelly , the mop n kitchen towel so dirty
The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep ,very hard..the shower just from rm2 eco shop verona brand.
