Luminous Ensuite Queen Room - Centrally Located

The place is in a very lovely area, room was super big, shower was good. Wasn't loud and the person who I communicated with other the phone was very helpful and friendly. Also, I've seen people complain about how loud the buttons on the front door are, but they're really not that loud at all. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and sheets were clean. Great natural light too.

It is a bit run down compared to the photos, kitchen was quite different but I didn't mind. The cleaner knocked on my door at 9am and asked if I was checking out to which I was a bit confused at (concerned she would've come in if I hadn't answered if I was asleep), I said no I am at 10am and she was nice afterwards, smiled and walked away. I tried putting the glass back in the kitchen but couldn't find the right cupboard. I tried asking her but she spoke almost no English which made it incredibly hard. I had tried pointing to the glass and then pointed to the cupboards many times but she didn’t get it. I put it in a random cupboard and hoped for the best. I can understand her position and not being able to understand but it made things very difficult. The windows were quite small and odd and the fly screen was broken in the bathroom. There was a fan in the walk in robe but it didn't do much so the room was very stuffy or hot during the day. There is also mould in the bathroom mirror cupboards. The towels smelt like bleach which was a little odd. Overall, many small things but nothing major and was a good stay.

The property was in a quiet location.

I didn’t feel like the house was secure other people from a nearby house owned by the same owners could access it too. The communal areas were dirty. We did it see a cleaner once in five days . It was quite a distance from the train station and shops so your own transport is probably needed. The out door area has been left to become completely over grown and we saw rats out there. The shower door did not close in our room.
