    I feel like i need to drop a review for some awareness. Pros: facilities are well-equipped with a decent, great rooftop view and to top it all there's a fitness up there. Cons : quite far from the city, noisy rooms, and the worst part is customer sevice. I just want to single out the lady ( the rest's staff doing their part being so considerate) who acted as a supervisor, the rest of the staff tried to accomodate me by providing me a 3rd floor with lower bunk bed. However, this lady insisted to drag me back on the first floor telling me that all floors were fully booked but did not even consider that the reason why i extended is due to the fact that i comfirmed and asked with other staff that they could accomodate in 3rd floor bed. She did not even bother to find a way to provide me a lower bunk bed even in first floor but leave me to suffer with few sleepless nights, i had a history of leg injury so kinda difficult for me to keep climbing up on a narrow stair to get to upper bed, but she was being so inconsiderate and sound so arrogant to shut me off by saying that i will have to stay in upper bed, i just feel sorry for myself by keep repeatedly requesting to be assign in 3rd floor so i ended up not staying anymore and left with still remaining 11 nights stay. She acted as a supervisor but does not have a qualities of being one, so inconsiderate, sound so arrogant and unprofessional by dealing with her guest's concern. The hostel has potential but that type of staff is def a weakness!
