    We recently had a staycation at Novotel Darling Harbour for my son's sweet 16th birthday and our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and convenient to restaurants, attractions, and the light rail. The hotel was also away from the busy traffic in the inner city and accessing the hotel was very easy and the carpark for guests was right by the main entrance. There were also elevators right at the ground floor for guests to go directly to their room floor levels. Staff was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel was also very family friendly and it made our stay feel more homely. The highlight was the breakfast buffet served at the hotel's on-site spectacular The Tenary Restaurant. There was a whole variety on the breakfast buffet to chose from and they also have gluten-free options. Thank-you Novotel Darling Harbour for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended especially for families with children.

    The room was clean and spacious, the view was very exceptional. However, there was no microwave to heat up food and no water bottles in the room. Some may not prefer to drink water from the washroom.
