Breakfast was great
The male host - didn’t catch his name dark hair and moustache was fantastic at his job.
One morning he wasn’t working theyr was no one as attentive and freindly on as him.
Very pleasant vibe coming in when he was on
I seen two young Asian girls staff in two different times being very rude to customers and one of them was a much older lady didn’t know hie to use coffee machine for hot water - the young girl half hearted showed her then got annoyed the lady couldn’t figure it out it wasn’t a great look. Second girl was taking coffee orders behind coffee bar she was a little bit rude once or twice

Cleanliness of the rooms, the staff were amazing and welcoming. The location is great for easy access to darling harbour and the city.
No balcony for the room but that’s just me finding something to complain about

i booked with my family, my room away and on a different level, they also got harbour view and we got the building
