Location suited our needs.
TV kept turning on overnight, waking us up 3 times. Also We had 4 rooms booked. When 3 of them became ready keys were supplied. My room took a while longer (ok, that happens) but we had checked in hours before and when I went to get my keys there were long lines of people wanting to check in and I was expected to wait just for keys. I was not happy (but they did end up giving me my room keys without waiting for everyone else to check In. But only because I asked twice)!
