The privacy of the rooms with the security system each room had.
It wasn’t overly clean and yard was unkept, walls had grime and dust build up, things like window screen were broken upon arrival, other guests had lots of mess in shared areas, other guests did not clean up after themselves in regards to the bathroom ready for use for other guests.

I liked the fact that this air BnB far outweighed hotel inn Macquarie park as there was no rude staff member. Mattino had everything organised in advance & even though the grass out the back had not been cut for years it attracted many butterflies & dragon flies which are meaningful to my fathers recent death.
Cleanliness could be better. A more thorough clean once a week not just a quick vacuum etc

Beds were good, 3 toilets and two bathrooms. Ample for the guests. Apart from toilets, the house is pretty clean.
The owners needs to ensure that they book in a deep clean for the bathrooms and toilets for all their properties. Nice house, but toilets and bath areas need extra cleaning than they get.
Extra towels would be nice. One low hair towels with little absobing ability is not enough.
