Clean, comfortable and enjoyable for children esp big families.
Distance to nearby town, eateries are not Halal-certified although stated to be pork-free.

1) Comfortable bed and goo air conditioning
2) Buggy service was great
a) Breakfast was nothing special. Better to eat elsewhere
b) Bathroom door could not be locked.
c) Corridor was filthy
d) Shampoo dispenser was put on the floor in the shower compartment
e) Check in was long and delayed
f) Telephone not working. Couldn't call for buggy

I liked that the resort has everything it needs from the various food choices to the number of activities we can do there.
The soundproofing of the room door could be better because we can hear a lot of the sounds coming from the corridor.

I liked the scenery and the fact there is lots of different activities to do around the resort. The restaurants were amazing especially the Japanese and Chinese ones.
The staff were rude and when they didn't want to deal with questions either outright ignored or pretended they no longer could speak English. The buggies are ridiculously loud when reversing and operate all night affecting those trying to sleep. The buggys and motorbikes travel very fast around the resort which was a bit worrisome with young children walking around
