    Its an average experience but tiny little thing just irritate me as a guest. Buggy driver overall friendly. Everyone try to be friendly but the fact is that they cant communicate well in Malay, Chinese or English because mostly are foreigner including some of the front desk. Can't communicate well on what i actually need and basically everything here is chargeable except for the small swimming pool. There are varieties on food there but i would consider it a 2- 3 star food for 4-5 star price. My bad experience was when I ask if they have hair conditioner, cause i thought of buying from mini mart before i go back. but front counter told me they have and just request from the housekeeping. Ended up in the room and while my young toddler is showering, they came and clarify what m i asking for (cause i called the housekeeping and ask for conditioner). I explained again and again and called the counter again and this time they say they will check if they have conditioner.... The staff that came ask us to use shampoo/shower gel. They tried cause after 10m, they brought 2 travel size shampoo and ask if this is what i want. i gave up explaining cause i think they tried.(please provide conditioner cause your highlight was the splash zone and obviously people need conditioner after that). Other than that... The door keep beeping because the sensor somehow keep detecting the door is open. i have to keep trying I asked for later checkout cause my daughter was whining...but strictly no late check out even i ask for just additional 30m. Room wall are bit thin and i can hear the entire conversation on my neighbor. The water in the toilet has some kind of smell and look yellowish. Overall they did nothing wrong but in terms of hospitality, don't expect it to match hotel.
